OPINION

MORRIS, Justice.

In this case, Cornell Rice appeals the trial court's order revoking his shock probation. In one point of error, appellant contends that the trial court erroneously revoked his shock probation because he failed to do something he was not required to do as a condition of his probation. The State responds that appellant is precluded from complaining about the revocation order because he was never legally on probation. We agree the order...
