On January 31, 1997, this Court denied a writ filed on December 20,1996 and brought by the defendant, Bichan Partnership ("Bichan"), seeking to have the lower court's denial of its exception of lack of personal jurisdiction reversed and the plaintiff's, William Young ("Young"), claims dismissed with prejudice.
