This case arises from events taking place in the 1960's which plaintiffs allege resulted in the death of George Walls. From 1964-1970, Mr. Walls was employed as a sandblaster for Land & Marine Applicators Inc. and Coastal Coatings, Inc., both owned and operated by John "Red" Loerwald.
