This is a claim for personal injuries and property damage sustained by plaintiff, Kimberly Kaufmann, when a vehicle owned by Fleet Tire Service, a Louisiana partnership consisting of Frank LaBarre and Richard Zimmerman, and driven by Willie Brooks, a Fleet Tire employee, collided with the vehicle driven by plaintiff.
