Appellant Vernoil Cantley was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine base ("crack"), in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; use of a wire transfer to facilitate possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b); being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1); five counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841...
