Appellant Kenneth Linden Doyle was indicted on one count of possession with intent to distribute more than 5 kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(A), and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and one count of criminal forfeiture under 21 U.S.C. § 853. After an evidentiary hearing, the district court denied Mr. Doyle's motion to suppress evidence obtained during a vehicle stop by a border patrol agent...
