Appellants seek review of an order dismissing with prejudice a class action defamation complaint. The complaint was filed on behalf of 436 commercial net fishermen residing in Duval County and surrounding counties in the defendants'/appellees' broadcast area. Appellees are four North Florida television stations. The complaint alleged that the defendant television stations broadcast an advertisement prepared and distributed by Save Our Sealife, Inc....
