This appeal raises issues novel to Florida jurisprudence, involving among others the recently enacted Florida Uniform Out-ofcountry Foreign Money-Judgment Recognition Act1 and whether the statute can be retroactively applied. It also requires that we address a treaty providing for service of process abroad and whether a French judgment should be denied recognition on the ground that France refuses reciprocal recognition...
