DUFRESNE, Judge.
This is an appeal by Sandra W. Hester, plaintiff-appellant, from a summary judgment dismissing her wrongful discharge suit against a former employer on grounds that it was filed in contravention of a bankruptcy court's stay order and was thus void ab initio. For the following reasons, we vacate that judgment and remand the matter to the district court for further proceedings.
