Robinson, Leatham & Nelson, Inc. ("RLN"), appeals the judgment as a matter of law in favor of John Nelson which took from the jury a major claim in a consolidated trial of multiple claims between the parties. The district court submitted RLN's contract claims to the jury, which found for RLN, and that judgment is not appealed.
