Appellant, Joseph Ralph Warren, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of John Melville, dismissing Warren's claim on the grounds that it failed to satisfy the general damage threshold requirement of Utah Code Ann. § 31A-22-309(1) (1994) (Utah's no-fault statute).
