PER CURIAM.

Richard Herman appeals from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief and a final judgment assessing attorney's fees and costs. We affirm the order denying postconviction relief, but strike the final judgment assessing fees and costs because Herman was not given an opportunity to be heard concerning the amount of the fee assessment.
