Dodson, M.D., Ph.D., filed this claim against defendant, Wright State University ("WSU"), alleging breach of contract, promissory estoppel, violation of due process, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and defamation. Defendant denied liability. On July 14, 1997, this action came before the court for trial on the sole issue of liability.
