Defendant-Appellant Charley Hargus appeals from his jury conviction on twenty-three counts of conspiracy, 18 U.S.C. § 371, mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and money laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(B)(i). The district court sentenced Mr. Hargus to seventy-eight months in prison, a term of supervised release, and ordered him to pay restitution.
