OPINION

YEGAN, J.

Steven Green appeals from a jury conviction in the municipal court for violation of Penal Code section 148, resisting, delaying, or obstructing a peace officer in the performance of his or her duties.1 We conclude that the evidence is sufficient to support the judgment and affirm the conviction.
