Plaintiff, Mark D. Wojtowicz, M.D., appeals a declaratory judgment in which the trial court found certain liquidated damages provisions in his employment agreement with defendant, Greeley Anesthesia Services, P.C., (GAS) to be enforceable. GAS cross-appeals that part of the judgment holding other liquidated damages provisions in the agreement to be invalid. We reverse the judgment as to the contract provisions found to be enforceable and affirm...
