Appellant John F. Clark appeals from the judgment of the trial court which changed his status from a voluntary inpatient to an involuntary inpatient at Saint Elizabeths Hospital. His status changed after he was charged with assault on an employee of Saint Elizabeths Hospital, was found to be incompetent to stand trial, and further, was determined to be mentally ill and a danger to himself and others.
