The Defendants have challenged various counts of the superseding indictment1 as duplicitous or multiplicitous (papers 72, 97, 103, 241). They alternatively seek dismissal of the offending counts, or to require the government to elect the counts on which it will proceed. Defendant Hutchins has also moved for severance from his co-defendants on Count 2 of the original indictment...
