Appellants, Land and Sky, Inc., doing business as Land and Sky Manufacturing, Inc., Land and Sky, Ltd., Lynn Larson, and Ronald Larson (all hereinafter collectively Land and Sky), brought a declaratory judgment action requesting interest on funds borrowed as an element of damages due to the breach of an insurance contract. The district court for Lancaster County determined that Land and Sky failed to provide sufficient evidence
