PER CURIAM.

Appellant David Allan Naff was convicted in the municipal court for four offenses: (1) failure to maintain financial responsibility; (2) no valid driver's license; (3) no valid motor vehicle inspection, and 4) no valid vehicle registration. The court fined him $440 for failure to maintain financial responsibility, $265 for having no valid driver's license, $268 for having no valid motor...
