Associated Natural Gas Company (ANG) appeals from a decision of the Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC). The PSC's decision disallowed the recovery of approximately $1.5 million in costs incurred by ANG under a gas purchase contract with SEECO, Inc., an affiliated company.
