JONES, Judge.

Edgar Taylor was charged with possession of cocaine. His motion to suppress evidence was denied and probable cause to bind the defendant for trial was found. A jury trial resulted in a deadlocked jury and a mistrial. Ten days later at a retrial, the jury found Mr. Taylor guilty of attempted possession of cocaine, and the trial court sentenced him to thirty months at hard labor.
