PER CURIAM.

This case involves a dispute arising under MCR 2.314 concerning copy fees for requested medical records. Mercy Memorial Medical Center, a nonparty to the underlying personal injury action between Paul Glover and Ralph Meyers Trucking, Inc., appeals by leave granted from the October 13, 1994, interlocutory order of the Berrien Circuit Court, which compelled Mercy to produce medical documents in the underlying action. We reverse.
