HARDBERGER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Lloyd Howard Smith, was convicted by a jury and sentenced to twenty years confinement after pleading not guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child. Smith appeals his conviction. In three points of error, Smith claims that (1) the trial evidence was factually insufficient to support the jury verdict; (2) the failure of defense counsel at trial to request that the judge instruct the jury to disregard a witness...
