Plaintiffs, seasonal and year-round lettuce harvesters, who were formerly employed by Telles Ranch, Inc. ("TRI"), brought this action against TRI under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ("WARN"). 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109.
