BANKS, Justice, for the Court:

Here we are called upon to determine whether the compliance with the terms of a contract constitutes acceptance of such contract, resulting in the waiver of all claims thereunder. We conclude that the chancellor's finding that plaintiffs' performance under the terms of its contract with Wurster Oil constituted acceptance or ratification of the contract is not manifestly erroneous. We, therefore, affirm.
