Ray Beshera Fisher, who was indicted along with four others, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and one count of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). The district court sentenced him to 136 months imprisonment followed by five years of supervised release pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 2B3.1. In doing so, the court added the following enhancements...
