OPINION

DAY, Justice.

A jury found appellant Gary Dee Sparks guilty of driving while intoxicated ("DWI"). The trial court assessed his punishment at 90 days' confinement in jail, probated for two years, and a $450 fine. Sparks appeals and raises five points of error regarding the State's cross-examination of his expert witness.
