Defendant, Phillip Chacon, appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, Farmers Insurance Exchange. We affirm.

Defendant's former wife (mother) was killed in an automobile accident caused by an uninsured motorist. The car in which the mother was a passenger was not owned by defendant and was insured by another carrier under a policy that provided uninsured motorist (UM) coverage...
