This is an appeal from a trial court judgment, awarding a volunteer firefighter damages for injuries sustained while extinguishing a fire.

FACTS

On March 14, 1994, Todd Rougeou, an employee of Dr. Charles Mitchell, was working at the Mitchell residence, along with construction crews, in connection with certain renovations being made to the residence. Upon completion of the day's work, Rougeou decided to finish burning a stump...
