PER CURIAM.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of battery on a law enforcement officer. We affirm the conviction.

The State charged that Eady, an inmate in the Leon County Jail, attacked a corrections officer who came to Eady's cell and told him it was time to go to court. Eady initially was represented by the office of the public defender on this charge, but, under circumstances that are not clear from the record, that office apparently withdrew and private...
