Appellant Clint Lammers was tried and convicted of capital murder in the slaying of Lois Wallace, a clerk at a grocery store in Stuttgart. He was convicted at a jury trial and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He argues four points on appeal, none of which contains reversible error.
