Lisa Beth Judd filed this action against Dennis Rodman and alleged that he wrongfully transmitted genital herpes to her. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Rodman. Judd appeals the final judgment on the ground that evidence of her prior sexual history, employment as a nude dancer, and breast augmentation surgery should have been excluded under Rule 412 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
