In these consolidated cases, the State of Florida appeals from an order granting Robert Anton a new trial for aggravated assault and attempted robbery with a firearm, and Anton challenges the judgment and sentences which were entered before the trial court decided to grant a new trial. For the reasons discussed below, we reverse the order granting a new trial, affirm the convictions and sentences, and direct the trial court to correct the judgment to reflect...
