Plaintiffs filed this action pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. The Court in a prior order granted summary judgment for the Defendant on Plaintiffs' Title VII claims. Now before the Court is Defendant's Second Motion for Summary Judgment of December 11, 1996.
