A hearing panel of the supreme court grievance committee approved a hearing board's findings of fact and recommendation in No. 97SA18, a lawyer discipline case, that the respondent be suspended for forty-five days. The same hearing panel approved the findings and recommendation of another hearing board in a second, separate, proceeding, that the respondent be suspended for sixty days.
