Willie Edwards ("Willie"),1 Appellant, was convicted before a jury of one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and one count of use of a communication facility to facilitate the commission of a drug trafficking felony in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b)(2). The district court sentenced Willie to 324 months of imprisonment on the conspiracy count and 96 months...
