Edward Ingleton appeals his convictions for first-degree felony murder, attempted sexual battery and grand theft of a motor vehicle. We affirm.

Wendy Prior, the victim, was a waitress at a restaurant named Wacky Wings. On Friday, September 10, 1993, sometime between 8 and 9 p.m., her friends Kim and Terry Marcum arrived at Wacky Wings. Ingleton, who had been friends with Terry for years, was also there, and the two of them left briefly...
