HUDSON, Justice.

Appellee, Swissco-Young Industries, Inc. (Swissco), purchased specialized industrial air cooling equipment from Munters. Swissco claimed this equipment failed to meet the required specifications and caused not only the loss of an important contract, but also contributed to the subsequent bankruptcy of the company.
