Plaintiff brought suit against defendant alleging negligence and breach of an implied warranty as a result of injuries she sustained in an accident in an automobile manufactured by defendant. Plaintiff appealed from a judgment of no cause of action entered by the Shiawassee Circuit Court following a jury verdict that defendant was not negligent and did not breach an implied warranty.
