Plaintiff appeals the trial court's judgment of dismissal of his personal injury suit for hearing loss after being exposed to a prolonged fire alarm. Plaintiff sued Gevers Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. ("defendant"), the heating and air conditioning repair company which had triggered the alarm, and Honeywell, Inc.
