A jury trial was held in which appellant Joseph Panicaro, Jr. ("Panicaro") was found liable for the attorney's fees of respondents G. David Robertson and Gilbert Coleman ("Coleman") (collectively "Respondents"). Panicaro appealed the judgment to this court.
