In this action to partition community property, the plaintiff ex-wife (hereafter Mrs. Purcell or Nancy), appeals the trial court's judgment to complain that she was not reimbursed community funds allegedly expended to build a new family home in 1989 on separate property of her then husband (hereafter Mr. Purcell or Ken), and that her ex-husband was allowed a credit of $5,300 against the $7,629 equalizing payment owed by him to her.
