Appellant Craig Hunter appeals his convictions of first degree assault and armed criminal action. He claims that the trial court abused its discretion in admitting photographs of the crime scene after the State failed to disclose these photographs in response to Mr. Hunter's discovery request. Mr. Hunter also claims that the trial court erred in refusing to allow him to introduce testimony regarding a fight between himself and the victim...
