Sean M. (Appellant), a juvenile, was adjudicated delinquent of attempted child molestation in violation of Ariz.Rev.Stat. Ann. (A.R.S.) sections 13-1410 (Supp.1996) and 13-1001 (1989). At his hearing, Appellant admitted that he removed his trousers and attempted to initiate sexual intercourse with a five-year-old girl, but was stopped by the girl's father.
