MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

BLACK, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's motion to render a summary judgment declaring that the Acoma Tribal Court has jurisdiction over this dispute. Having reviewed the briefs of counsel1 and being otherwise duly advised, the Court finds Plaintiff's motion is not well taken and it should be Denied.
