In this declaratory judgment action arising out of two insurance policies, plaintiff, Terra-Matrix, Inc., appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of defendants, United States Fire Insurance Company (U.S.Fire) and Reliance National Indemnity Company (Reliance). We affirm.
