[¶ 1.] Cary Meyers appeals judgments of conviction and sentences for third degree burglary and escape. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.

FACTS

¶ 2.] Meyers pled guilty to third degree burglary and was sentenced to six years in the penitentiary. Execution of his sentence was suspended on various conditions including four years of "intensive probation" and payment of $2,571.94 in restitution. As an additional condition...
