MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiffs Chubb Insurance Company of Canada and Coho Resources, Inc., on the one hand, and Mid-Continent Casualty Company on the other. The court has considered the memoranda of authorities, together with attachments, submitted by the parties, and concludes that summary judgment should be entered for plaintiffs.
