The issue presented in this appeal is whether the Industrial Commissioner correctly found a claimant sustained a scheduled loss based on an impingement syndrome injury to his right shoulder followed by treatment which included a resection of the distal clavicle. The district court affirmed the commissioner. We conclude the findings of the commissioner were not supported by substantial evidence. We reverse the district court and remand this case to the...
